Speaking as an owner of a Roberts Thunderace I would have to agree,

Sorry Idoldroog , that was joke , Rossi is a god and a gentleman, no one can ride like him , it is possible he is the best of all time . I was bit hyped when I posted , it was very moving to see him beat the Honda which is a much faster bike so he won on ability and courage in some fast company . To fully appreciate it you need to know Honda were too cheap to keep him after he won for them last year . If you put it in a movie you the willing suspension of disbelief would not work .Finally thanks for asking , I remain 21 between my ears where it counts.

I agree about Rossi being a god, masterstroke by Yamaha to obtain his services.Where were the repsol honda's today i ask?. Getting ready for the F1 grand prix now. I wonder will it be as exciting?, i say NO!. The DUCATI/PIRELLI cup, formally the world superbike championship, was bloody good viewing as well. Big shout to vermuelen on the fireblade. Oh i miss my bike, the impreza is great but it ain't the same!.

Top ride from Vale again. Almost as good as the six lap blast at Mugello!

Nice to see Shinya up in 7th after his 190mph get off as well. Essarr, do what I did: ditch the scooby (I did that literally) and get back on two wheels.

Top marks to Xaus for not falling off, too. As for WSB... hmm. 400th race today. Anyone remember when it used to be good? 2002, Imola. Last truly stunning race IMHO. Been to many, but don't think I'll bother with the Pirelli Cup this year. Well, not unless I can blag another pass for Brands...

Now where did I put Gerrit Ten Kate's number?!

Great scrap between Sete and "The Doctor". Did you see Gibernau's front fender after the race? Amazing he stayed on the bike.

I rather went off Honda in the 90s when they fought long and hard against parallel imports . So am v pleased with the Assen result , great race , and so nice to see one man making a difference . It's nice to enjoy the win , and know that Rossi is true sportsman and that fender was just a racing accident . Oh and your right it would have had me skidding sown the track on my arse . Going to Donnington ?
