Your lucky to have me back after the ordeal I had to signup with my current phone company.Knew I was in trouble when the girl asked me half way through who I had my phone account with...then while I was off getting my credit card details the phone went dead...so I waited and waited and waited 30 minutes for her to call me...never did...BITCH....customer service at its worst

Phone Companies Call Centres by their very nature are Rabbit Warrens.
They list 1 or 2 numbers in the phone book which then connect you to 27 directions to go.You wouldn't believe it but mine wasn't covered so i went from dept to dept but after 2 hours and 10 calls and numerous re-directions through various departments I got the process finished

Could of done with a stiff drink but settled for 2 Aspirin & a Glass of Lucozade
