My favourite was Corporal Crimson.
He was only in the one episode, that one where they had a quiet night in on Cloudbase, sending out for a curry and watching old Fireball XL-5 tapes.

I know the cognoscenti will disagree, but I thought it was the best ep. ever.

They were ALL officers, NO Corporals or other NCO's
Capt. Scarlett, Blue, Black
Lieutenant Green
Colonel White

NO Private Purple (fnarr fnarr) or Lance Corporal Lemon, or Sergeant Silver, Staff Sergeant Cerise or Corporal Crimson or anyother colours of the rainbow for any NCO's
