I wuldn't have wanted to live in the Soviet Union, don't make the mistake of confusing Socialism with what purported to be Communism.
But is any better in modern post Communist Russia? The same old scum has risen to the top, except they are now called capitalists or entrepreneurs.

Welfare is a killer in many respects...the Blacks in the US have only begun to try and wean themselves off it...no simple solutions

We have Families(white or black) in Australia that have 3 generations that have known nothing except Government hand outs

So we agree there is aproblem , as I see it this is one of the drivers , put very simply .
The welfare state did not exist before 1948 , and was the Labour govts honouring of a broken pledge by Llyoyd George to provide "homes fit for heroes " for the fighting men returning from WWI. No one today would argue with the scale and scope of what was implemented, but today it has developed into a cancer that is killing the society it feeds on .

If you cut off all welfare in the UK many of these people would choose to steal rather than find normal employment - after all theft guarantees you a meal and roof over your head even if you get caught.

I agree Duce, Chavs must be weaned off benefits - though carefully, because as someone else has sagely pointed out, it would lead to a rise in petty crime.

Don't know about your government Duce, but our government has not just been inept, the fuckers have actively pursued a policy of Chav handouts! For instance 'Child Benefit'. Chavy teenage mothers get more money and benefits the more Chavy children they produce - even free houses for fuck sake! Talk about poring petrol on the fire to put it out! We are far luckier today. Those who should be got rid of wear their symbols with "pride"... Burberry caps, Nicholson T-Shirts, customised Citroen Saxos etc.

Do we really need a judicial system for these people? Wouldn't shooting them just be seen as a "mercy killing"??? (By that I mean, a mercy for the rest of the country that have to put up with them).
