Can anybody tell me the main differences between the new r18 films and hardcore. From trailers I have seen, R18 seem to be full hardcore now. Thanks

Do a search here: it's been discussed 84 million times.
In general:
No references to under-age sex; No overt violence (hair-pulling, slapping, face-spitting, etc); No urination on partner(s). And that's broadly it.

no more than 2 homosexuals in frame
