Maybe I'd been overdoing it on the crack pipe the other night but I SWEAR I was watching the box and one of the most beautiful girls I've ever seen in my life was on singing a catchey tune and was introduced as Daniel Bedingfield's sister. The show was a game show of sorts and also featured the raunchy diva Anastacia who has THE best body in the world including Hungary. Fact.
Anyway I digress, was I hallucinating or is there a Bedingfield of the fair sex and of immense beauty?

NATASHA..that's her! I'm so glad you saw it too as I really thought I might have been so addled by hard drug abuse that I imagined the whole thing. She is beautiful and her song is wondrous.
Did you see Anastacia and her deliciously defined abdominals too? Other female purveyors of fine songs who are fabulous in their appearance include Gwen Stefani of LA beat combo No Doubt, the mighty Britney, Mariah Carey and any Hungarian models who have ever done a karaoke. I used to quite fancy Pink but then it was pointed out to me that she looks quite a bit like Eddie Izzard.

Yes, I love Anastacia as well, always have, always will, you could leave me outside alone with her, and her fab baps any day, dosen't she look like one of the Appleton sisters? or is that just the rocks talking?

I made sure I bagged some good tickets to see Anastacia at Wembley later this year, it's going to rock. Her new album is pretty rocky so I would die happy if, between numbers, she takes the microphone in hand, adjusts her bling-bling Versace sunglasses and whispers, "London...please welcome to the stage one of your fellow countrymen and the finest musician on the planet...on guitar Mr David Gilmour."
The lights shut down save for a few green lasers criss-crossing the audience, dry ice fans out across the first few rows and the opening, monumental chords of "Shine On..." drown out the hysterical reaction from the sell-out crowd. After the performance of a lifetime from DG we're expecting Anastacia to sing "Remember when you were young" but...no...it's a familiar male voice...fucking hell it's ROGER WATERS emerging from the wings and a historical reunion occurs.
Not only that but for the encores the stage is stripped bare except for some massive stacks of amplifiers and a collossal drum kit. Anastacia struts on stage to deafening applause and has changed into tight black leather adorned with loads of silver crucifixes. "London you've been fantastic and now I want to introduce my new band to you, for one night only...Tony Iommi, Geezer Butler and Bill Ward."
They thunder through "Sympton of the Universe", pummel us with a savage "Sabbath Bloody Sabbath" and remove our heads with a brutal "Paranoid" with Gilmour and Iommi exchanging vicious solos.
It's all over and then I remember I've got a backstage pass! All the best crack is here in Essex!!

The closest to a PF reunion was Nick Mason joining Roger Waters on stage for a rousing rendition of Set the controls at a recent RW solo show at Wembley arena, halfway there eh mate?

It's such good news that it deserves to be posted twice! It's a long story but a mate of mine (Bill) works on Wall Street in NYC and is seriously well-connected, he blags seats in the front five rows for pretty much all the major shows at Madison Square Gardens. His contact at the Garden has informed him of whispers going around among promoters of a reunion of the Waters/Gilmour/Mason/Wright line-up. It could well be bollocks but it's enough of a glimmer of hope for me to cling on to.
That said I'd personally be happy as larry with more shows from the DG-led Floyd, I don't want to think I'm going to live out the rest of my days and never again experience the emotions that only the mighty Pink Floyd can induce.
I want to sit back and experience the glacial opening chords of "Shine On...", I want DG to tear at my heart-strings with his blazing Stratocaster..."High Hopes", "Another Brick In The Wall", "Hey You" and the snarling beast that is a live "Comfortably Numb", serene and blissful one moment and then tearing your throat out with razor-like fangs the next.
I want to be strafed by lasers, have my mind blitzed by trippy images of Battersea Power Station and be terrified by marching hammers and flying pigs with huge bollocks!!
