After catching the repeat of The curse of page 3 last night, was suddenly curious if anyone knows why porno mags are also called 'grumble mags'? its a hilarious irony as i have never grumbled tossing off to a porno!!!

No idea...sorry. Other variations I can think of are "Grot mags", "Scuzz mags" and "Jazz mags." I'm similarly puzzled as to why porny mags are called "Jazz mags", I mean when was the last time you saw a decent feature on Miles Davis in "Cheri?"

That post reminds me of a VIZ letter which said after moving to a new house, a bloke was thrilled to find a stash of 'Jazz Mags' in the loft, and was hugely disappointed when they had features on Louis Armstrong, Miles Davis etc
