Phil McC 's new DVDs

I have to thank Phil for publishing his stuff on DVD. I just
don't have the storage space for the hour-long tapes.

As a consequence of Phil's post I bought Fuck Truck 2 & 3 &
Hardcore Fantasies and give them all the thumbs up.

However, cos I have previously taken Phil Barry to task
over the DVD version of Cathula, I *have* to say - lose the
title screen you are putting on these DVDs, the screen
with exactly one button. It is annoying in exactly the
same way that visiting a web-site home-page that has a
single big graphic and a single link saying 'click to
continue.' IMHO, a DVD should either auto-play or jump
straight to the main menu - yours do neither.

A very minor quibble with a quality product...
and yes, I am a pedant.

And therefore entitled to constructive criticism about the product. That said, it would push up the price to have menu/extras.........

Actually, the DVDs *did* have perfectly acceptable menus,
but to reach them you had to 'press' the only button on a
title screen.

My point was that this title page is redundant, I have just
been a bit crap at describing the situation.

I will pay a premium for DVD porn because it is easier
to store and the picture quality is better. As it
happens I don't have to because Soho prices for Videos
& DVDs are identical.

Phil is merging two vids onto one DVD, which is enough
of an "extra" for me. Private slap a lot of extra bits
& bobs onto their DVDs but I wouldn't pay much of a
premium for those features.

Hey, you'll get them on my DVD's - no extra charge! You'll also get proper graphics and artwork as well as proper music at the appropriate points - just as you would automatically expect when buying a 'proper DVD.' Why should British consumers put up with anything less?
