I wouldn't worry about the reef...plenty of plastic models,fish,reefs etc waiting ashore in the form of Waterworld to replace it once its gone
Then theres the Australian Navy(once most of the asbestos has been removed)...lot of good reefs to be made by sinking the lot.
Last but not least theres always the cue jumpers via the Boats
Easily sunk...wallah!!!!....new reef for a month or 2
