Good job you didn't call yourself Biro then, as they have a team of several hundred lawyers and freelance readers worldwide who go through millions of magazines, websites etc, writing stern legal letters to anyone who dares use the word (a) as a generic term for ballpoint pens and/or (b) without an initial capital letter. Sad but true. In my former life as a magazine editor I've had to print several such lawyers' letters in the past. I mean, Jesus, haven't they got better things to do (obviously not)...
