Stupid Questions/Topics

Post by Deuce Bigolo »

Good question Deuce.

Talking of which, does anybody know of any good search engines out there on the internet?

I'm hoping to find something that will let me search for text, pictures and news items.

Anybody got any ideas? ;)

That's the third time in 2 days I've heard that phrase.
Haven't heard it for so long.
Is there a website that lets you quote random text?
Is there a website that tells you what films naked British porn chicks have been in?

Still.....Holden MacGroyn

BUT WITHOUT MY BRUCE LEE SIG BECAUSE HE'S TOO HARD FOR THIS PLACE...

And it doesn't only happen here.
My unfavourite stupid/swanky questions are those that get published in the travel section of the broadsheets
e.g. "My wife Petronella and I and our 2 children Giles and Sophie are visiting the United States for 3 months. Are there any train services operating?
Yours etc
Quentin Fortesque-Smythe"

Answer...... If you're on the internet do a search. If you're not go to the feckin library

But no, Quentin wants the other readers to know that whereas they might be able to get away for 2 weeks, he and his bloody family are in the enviable position of going for very much longer.
Wanker!!!!!

Because they're stupid, or lazy, or web-ignorant, or just want someone to talk to.
The first and last I can handle, but there's no excuse for the others.

......and why didn't you send that question to 'Ask Jeeves', BTW?

That's no way to talk about the 'differently-abled' (Ye Gods, what a terrible, ungrammatical PC-ism that is......what's wrong with the word 'cripple'?).
