All the Presidencies Foreign Policies leave a lot to be desired but mainly when they resort to using force...missiles,troops etc

If the UN were a decisive body(they weren't in the balkans) and sometimes corrupt political animal then maybe just maybe the Likes of Bush(in his stupidity) wouldn't not have bypassed them on Iraq

About time some people took a good look at history and learned from it
