nah never fear he will be back, just when you let your guard down and least expect him he will appear - usually seems to come back at about 4 or 5 but believe me I wont still fucking be here at that time! Whether I actually sleep or not I need rest before I keel over!!!

well since Monday I reckon I have had about 4 or 5 hours sleep but thankfully work was quiet last week - this week is a different story tho so I hope the promised respite from the insomnia side effect comes soon!
