can any one help.how do i play vidio clips
clip opens with media player but i only get the sound.
do i need to install a new player

it sounds like you might be missing a codec
usually you will find the correct one to download from the site you got the clip from

Its a speed related issue with your connection
I'm on a 56K dial-up connection and whenever I try and view streaming videos all i get is sound with no picture..these videos are usually labelled as broadband which usually are being sent at 128k or higher
No solution but to upgrade your connections speed
The only time you'll be able to view an mpeg that is higher than your connections speed is if its able to be downloaded and even then the playback can be jumpy
For any future codec issues go here
