Later...........with Jools Holland

Post by Ace »

Nice welcome return of this excellent series, especially with Green Day and Elvis Costello.....and for me, Mick Jones and Paul Simonon from The Clash interviewed, but what the fuck is Robbie Williams doing there....again??
'Later.....' is renowned for quality and we can hear Robbie on 'Top of the Pops' anytime

The West London of my youth is now on dvd

The appeal of the programme is that it appeals to all tastes. The Ersewipe has a new album to flog, so every show will be getting an appearance from the tattooed twat.

It's not unheard of. Oldfield's last Tubular Bells album got a big share of a Later . . . . programme.

Not keen on the man himself, but it's still a good show and Green Day, despite someone sabotaging the mics, were quite superb. Robbie looked sheepish and humbled ('Radio' is vapid rubbish even by his pitiful standards) but I guess that's what being in the presence of genuine talent does to a cocky chancer like him.
