I watched the doco. It might be the same one that Deuce refers to. I won't go into detail but make 2 comments.
First the general one that like newspapers, the news channels in the US have owners with commercial/political interests. But I would hope that the "News" elements would be presented in a relatively objective way. This certainly didn't seem to be the case with Fox. The case of the interview with the son of a 9/11 victim who was opposed to the Iraq invasion was appalling. For an interviewer to tell him to shut up then get him escorted out by security guards says it all.
Seconly a specific item. The numerous attempts to demonise Kerry by describing him as "French" are despicable. I don't hold any brief for him but are American voters that stupid/gullible? It's a slur on the intelligence of the viewers.
Finally for Bimmercat. I assume you know that Fox News is owned by the Dirty Digger, Rupert Murdoch, who isn't really an American.

The Son was actually escorted of the premises for his own protection
Apparently he was hanging around afterwards wanting to confront O'Reilly and was told for his own safety it would be best if he left because O'Reilly was unpredictable and likely to SNOT him
On the Jim Lehrer news Hour yesterday there was an interesting debate
with a few of the network like ABC that said how BOTH CANDIDATES were basically telling lies all the time
The case in point was the debates......both argumnets can't be right
What these channels found was that viewers took these first messages as gospel and never bothered to watch any follow up analysis which showed up all the lies from both sides
Which probably means they couldn't be bothered to search out the real facts and are just voting on a whim
