Karma... I want to be the guy dishing the balance out for the poor little animal. Infact, what ever you do to animals should be done to you in karma.....and im gonna be standing there with the matches and petrol when they find the mindless weak idiots who did it. What you say is correct Michelle. Many States in the USA never used to take animal abuse serious, but they do now because it has been proved that deviants who abuse animals often go on to abuse children or vunerable adults.
