Ask them if they are using different ISPs each time and what message they get when they try to access the site - it could be that their ISP blocks some sites or sites from certain hosting companies etc etc. I have had some people say similar things about my site but then found that things such as norton internet security and other such programs were blocking it due to parental settings and filtering and when they were disabled it worked fine.
The seach engine bit is completely irrelevant - it takes time for sites to be found and listed on search engines so this means and proves nothing.

Re: Techie help/advice re web site
Did you solve the problem ruscle? I've got the same prob. with one US site fdcams. I've only ever managed to log onto the membership bit a few times, most of the time I can't even get the home page. I've tried every possible perm. and combination involving security settings, firewall, anti-virus popup stopper but nada.

I've got similar problems.
Randomly, pictures on some websites won't show (just the small red x in the corner) on other sites no problem.
Maybe it's an IE setting????
