reminds me of a kenny everett clip yrs ago of a woman on the radio telling a kids story it went something like come on children play with your balls up and down.

There was (possibly still is) a recording of a BBC childrens programme "Music and Movement" (?) with Miss Ann Driver(?) telling the kiddiwinks to bounce their balls on the floor (boom, boom, boom) now throw them up to the ceiling (ping, ping, ping).
Older (I mean more mature) posters may confirm this story.

I love the Rainbow clip but I have my doubts...I suspect it might be dubbed.
