You want fit intelligient people to donate sperm.....can't think of too many politicians that fall into that category

Most are either obese or suffering from mysterious bouts of illness
and the rest aren't intelligient enough to get a decent job in the private sector that entitles you to a pension for life and access to your super at age 35(55 for the public) after serving 8 years in the job or 2 terms which is ever the lesser
