Anyone else experienced not receiving replies to emails they send out-the bigger the outfit,the less likely of a reply.How do these people survive?

Its down to all those worthless Spam Bouncing programs that give surfers the illusion their blocking the spammer but in reality their blocking a real user like themselves
This list is then picked up by the ISP filters
No surfers seem to have cottoned on to the fact that bouncing emails serve no purpose other than to blacklist the wrong email addys
Says as much in this article
I've seen several internal surveys amongst companies who offer email access and the consensus seems to be 1 in 5 emails will go astray
Funny thing is I don't use any spam filters and my 2 email addys for the last year have received next to no spam
So are Anti-Spam programs useful or useless I ask?
