She sounds like one of those high powered silly cows who works for a fancy bank and who are always running to the employment/equal opportunities/discrimination/commission demanding a million quid in compensation 'cause her sexist colleagues put up a Pirelli calendar in the office and pointed out it was her turn to make the coffee. I would normally suspect some kind of 'wimmins' issue public sector worker to be at the centre of the kind of scenario you have outlined - but they are usually ugly fuckers and they don't dress very nice on purpose - so that they can say that they are not pandering to the vile, sexist, desires of male rapists (i.e., ordinary chaps). Which is their way of saving face, knowing full well that whatever they put on they'd still look like a dogs dinner.

Matched by the women in their blouses & dresses

Maybe the Welfare State should start giving its assistance out in the form of food coupons,clothing & housing instead of cold hard cash?
