Fiona Cooper; is the shop open?
Is the shop open whilst the proprietor is on holiday?

Re: Fiona Cooper; is the shop open?
That's a very good question. For what it's worth, I haven't had any mailings from FC for, I should think, three months. I appears to me that there isn't a caretaker behind the counter!

It's open-under new management. Good managers too.

Re: Fiona Cooper; is the shop open?
are you saying phil sutcliffe no longer has any association with fiona cooper?
or will he be taking up the reins again, once his all expenses paid sabbatical, courtesy of liz, finally comes to an end?

Re: Fiona Cooper; is the shop open?
I doubt it,
As you are aware, this is a large operation-open to offers etc.
It is unlikely Phil will rear his corporate or personal head. Having said that, it is always unsure how the human mind will react under given circumstances e.g. being discharged from the nick. Liz is doing a good job, but Phil has not disposed of his shareholding.
I do feel however, that FC should be judged on its product, not its founder's predelictions, however distateful/disgusting they may be.

I imagine that it would be a suicidal business decision to allow a convicted paedophile to take charge of the Company.
