The Strat pack DVD

Post by Arnold Layne »

Just out, The Strat pack live in concert, celebrating 50 years of the Fender stratocaster, recorded last year at Wembley Arena, David Gilmour plays 3 songs "Marooned, Coming back to life, & Sorrow", and great they are as well

New Gillmour solo album

Post by Arnold Layne »

I think this is the closest fans are gonna get to any new material, a new David Gilmour solo album is due out pretty soon, a new song "Smile" can be found on the David Gilmour in concert DVD recorded at the Meltdown royal festival hall concert in 2002, so this will be on it, pretty sure a few dates will follow in small venues around the same time

No Stevey, from Pink Floyd's " A Momentary lapse of reason" album from 1987, the other 2 tracks were from "The Division bell" (1994)

Yeah has some great tracks on it "Short and sweet" with Roy Harper is my fave, I have a cd from Hammersmith Odeon 84 Stevey, Ill send it to you. Roy joins him on stage to sing the song, as does Nick Mason to drum on Comfortably Numb
