Nigel Rees is his name. I had the paper back called Graffiti Lives Ok! late 70's early 80's.
100's of funny toilet jokes but the one I remember is on an M1 services footbridge was sprayed "If typhoo put the T in Britain, who put the cunt in Scunthorpe".
Can anyone remember any other classics?

Written on the ceiling above the urinals "While you're looking up here you're pissing on my floor!-THE LANDLORD."

"Bill Posters Is Innocent"

"Bo Peep did it for the insurance"

Last quote off the top of my head: "I'd rather have a full bottle in front of me, than a full frontal lobotomy"
