Unlocking mobile phones

Hi everyone. Anyone know of sites that you can unlock your mobile phone with for free? (mine is an NEC e313)

Be better off taking it to a shop hun.

I dont think most places like carphone warehouse etc will do it now but every high st has a dodgy little shop that will do it for a fiver
