candida - 75% of us have it!

i just went for a colonic and found out i have candida.

apparently most of us do and as it dosent have any significant symptoms u will never know.

im on a new yeast free diet.

no. wheat, barley, malt, maize or sugar.


so that means no beer, wine, champers, chocs, corn, mushrooms, bread, pasta, pizza, ice cream, fruit juices, pickels, dried fruit, buiscuits and sweets,jam, soft drinks,baked beans, custard
its amazing what has wheat in it.
im mostly living off fruit, veg, potatoes and dairy. i can eat meat but im not a big meat eater apart from human sausage.


as far as the colonic went it was quite a good experience!

A candida diet should reduce as much as possible processed sugar, yeast, dairy, wheat, caffeine, nicotine and alcohol. They are the main culprits because they help candida yeast to grow - so you should avoid dairy, tea and coffee as well. Although Live cultured yogurt is ok and grapefruit/lemon/lime are supposed to be good and smoking (cigarettes) is out.

well just to clear up i dont have thrush - i have candida in my gut.


anyway. i was told dont bother taking actimel or danone or yakult or any of those digestive aids as the sugar level in them is so high it intensifiys the condition.

im taking acidopilus plus now instead of actimel.

pineapple is good for the digestive system too. and tea and coffe i have banned. im only on white spirts now.

but nicotine was proved unharmful by the government the other day. prob the carbon shit and weed killer that they include in fags that yer talking about.
i will try and stick to my nicorette inhaler.
