The thought of some doctor sticking a plastic tube up my arse with water fills me with the utmost dread. Just thinking about it makes me feel all weird...I imagine if its that horrible it must be good for you.

It could be a blessing in disguise as it was for me when I swapped from shit processed dead food to REAL food 5 years ago
I used to eat anything and everything and often would have painful eruptions in the stomach.Ranging from simple things like Iced Coffee but most times it was eating fruit after/with any other foods.
Its safe to say the best foods for a peaceful stomach and energy are those that occur naturally and are unprocessed(eaten raw,if possible)in small amounts. The notion of a BIG anything is silly in my experience as it just means more energy is needed to break the food down into a usable form
henceforth you usually feel lethargic
I've found a diet rich in fruit(only on an empty stomach),vegetables, herbs, nuts, alternative pastas-like rice pasta, fish & chicken to be just as good if not better than what I was consuming before.I certainly feel better and look at least half human now
cheers

PS So I take it you'll be testing all the Studs to make sure their shooting a yeast free solution?;-)

Judging by most people's food baskets at the supermarket ... they'll eat anything but wood and metal. A a staple diet of Turkey Twizzlers, chips, chocolate and fizzy drinks - and piles of those disgusting microwave meals and Birds Eye Balls 'n' Brain burgers.
