Time For Another Crusade?

Today I overheard someone talking about the British government's "appeasement" of muslims in this country.

It was suggested that the following of islam be banned and that anyone wishing to practise that religion be required to move to an islamic state.

The conversation went on to mention the wearing of T shirts insulting mohammed and allah and even the possibility of a "people's crusade", given the government's "inaction".

Clearly the basic idea seemed to be that all muslims be driven from the country - it being better to 'throw out the baby with the bathwater' than to take any chances.

Do you think she had any valid points?.

I think repatriating as many as many of the extremists and their families to their country of ethnicity is justifiable, seeing they refuse to adopt a western life style. Let them go back to Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sudan, Morocco or wherever. The French are talking about revoking citizenship of the children of Moroccans and Algerians who were born in France and hold a French passport, and then deporting them if they cause trouble. If the situation were than any Muslim knew the effect of causing trouble would be the deportation of his whole family, even if he blows himself up, it may make them think twice. I think a diverse ethnic population is good for a country, Chinese, Jamaicans and many other nationalities co-exist well within this and other countries ... but when people put religion above nationality and identify with a 9th century ideology, it's time to call it a day and get to grips with them before they kill and maim thousands, which they will given time and the ability to hide behind the shields of mosques and in the shadows of ghetto communities. There are undoubtedly good Muslims in this country, but unless they sort out their own mess and hand over information on the bad element, they will suffer the distrust of the rest of the population ... and in a big way they've already lost it. The events of the past week have changed my view on a few world issues - I whole heartedly support Israelis policy of assassination against Palestinian extremists, I think it's time to make pre-emptive strikes in Iran, Syria and Pakistan ... and on a final note, if Indonesia has another Tsunami, how much aid will they get, hopefully not much. I've started boycotting goods from Muslim countries and won't be using corner shops or businesses run by Muslims.

Did you boycott Guiness and all Irish stores in the 70's and 80's...hope so or a tad hypocritical. Personally doing the terrorists job for them and creating just the sort of division and hysteria they want seems rather silly to me.....but hey ho..each to his own.

No I didn't boycott Guinness, because as nasty as the IRA campaign was, it was possible to see the reasons and the sort of justification they had for it. It was a local problem and needed a local solution. But the Islamists don't have a specific problem, it's just whatever they can latch onto in justification of indiscriminate killing; be that Iraq, Israel, support of the US - but more than anything it's haltered of our lifestyle. They feel the need to come here, then slowly but surely demand rights and play the race card when it suits them. We've given into their demands and threats in too many cases in the name of political correctness and they still breed killers who could resort to worse methods like car bombs.

In the UK, most Muslim communities have never integrated, they just take over areas of towns for their own and the indigenous population by-and-large vacate ... so you can't bring division where there never was unity. All we've had to now is uneasy peaceful coexistence, although politicians hate to admit this and try and pass it off as truly multicultural, where it's more bipolar-cultural.

I heard today that this bombing could last the next 10 to 20 years. In that case, I feel the best way to stop it cold is to deport all Muslims to Muslim countries where they'll feel more at home. They don't like our culture and ways, that's made obvious by their unwillingness to integrate to the extent that some of them even refuse to speak our language (a personal pet hate of mine).

Like Abu Hamza, why would you go to a country that you hate? Why go to a country where the culture's in direct conflict with their own? They say they hate the "decedent infidel West", but then they go and live in a country that's populated mainly by those very same "decedent infidel"??? Now, if that's not hypocrisy, then I don't know what is!

But like I said, if there were no Muslims in Britain, then there wont be any fanatical Muslim terrorists here to blow us up, plain and simple. Second best thing would be to make it law that all Muslims carry ID cards so that the authorities can keep track of them. Why not an ID card for everyone? Well, I don't see any of us true native Anglo-Saxon, Christian/Athiest English citizens ever doing such things as these "people" have been doing, no matter how disenfranchised we may be (I know I bloody well wouldn't!), so there is no need for us to carry them.
