Me and my other half were in the car last night, at the Esso/Tesco in Gidea Park...Some older guy(late 40s, early 50s) was looking at me when we were coming back out to the car...thought nothing of it.

We pull out of the forecourt and all the way down to the roundabout, hes revving his engine behind us. We're on the roundabout and he comes on the inside of us and trys running us off the road!!

We carry on driving and he does it again, on the other side of the car...Funnily enough he broke his wing mirror and pulled over and we carried on driving.

But what the fuck was all that about!? Completely unprovoked...Stupid fucker could of killed us!

I was thinking of reporting it but my boyfriend had had 2 or 3 pints....he was fine to drive but if he was tested he could of been over the limit.

He will definately be on CCTV at the petrol station...Not sure if Gallows Corner roundabout and the road towards the brewery car park entrance has CCTV...I dont drive myself so dont notice.

It was quite funny really...I dont scare easily and our car isnt damaged...In fact, his came worse off...His wing mirror was hanging off!

Sounds like he was either jealous of your boy friend or trying to impress you. Whatever the motivation, his actions were crazy and could have had more worrying consequences.

Eduardo, BB and the others are right. Report the incident and get the CCTV checked. If he did that to your car, who's to tell what he might try with someone else.
