It was actually mentioned somewhere that its not far off equal number of vagina's and anus's collapse in women due to one reason or another.

However the same article also mentioned about way the ass was used, as if the insertable item is used to rough it can tear muscle and tissue and cause damage but the same is true of going to the gym, or stretching in bed when ur calf or fot strains.
