You will find everything going the US way.......broadcasting, government, language.
It makes me sick.
They are the rulers of the world at the moment.
Next up - China.

Why do you have to watch everything an hour after everybody else? You can start watching a programme while it's still recording - start watching slightly later than everybody else but finish roughtly the same time if you want to!

You would need 16 minutes later start to allow for the adverts to catch up intime to watch the ending realtime :) roughly anyway :)
