I THINK THAT WE HAVE TO DRAW THE LINE TO PREVENT REAL LASTING PHYSICAL HARM. IN MY OPINION THE ECHR GOT IT RIGHT WITH THE SPANNER CASE.

I agree with the way the coffee shops are run and the powers of the police to close down premises of those found selling hard drugs for example.

Yes Amsterdammers are more liberal and tolerant than other parts of Holland.

The nederwiet story is not true because it is all cannabis sativa which contains tetra hydra cannibol (THC). The stronger the cannabis the less you need to get high. Don't trust the English media if you want to know what is going on in Holland.

The English mix their weed with tobocco which if inhaled deeply makes one sick and paranoid. There is no research on the smoking of pure cannabis.


The Dutch have survived through out history by trading and are excellent administrators. They will always remain prosperous.

I don't watch or read much English media ... most ofl my news comes direct from Dutch TV and newspapers - and has done for over 15 years. There has been a steady increase in Dutch crime in the last 10 years - they are now virtually on a par with the UK, just check the statistics on sites from Openbaar Ministerie or Ministerie van Justitie .... the year 2000 report comparing Criminal Victimisation in Seventeen Industrialised Countries, puts Nederland not far behind the UK & Wales

The Home Office minister in charge of censorship would view the domination of men by a female in exactly the same way for fear of being "sexist". The paragons of virtue have to be so politically correct.
