Back again with another computer question (this time not mine with the problem).

I have a friend who was trying to send me their web cam image, but nothing was happening. I get the webcam window, but no image, just a static error picture.
I can send my webcam though.

Any ideas?

She can see her own image and I can receive an image from another source.
