If any of you want to burn CDs MP3s etc this is a hell of a site.Not sure how it works but I paid about $30 and have access to 10 millions of songs(it says).Any number of downloads and not 79p etc that Itunes etc charge.I think it is a sharing site?Easy to use and I found stuff that I have been after for years...

I wouldn't touch any of them with a bargepole given how many using similar names to the real ones are SCAMS

Trouble is you can't tell wether their a scam until you go to download
as I found out with the kazaalite.com scam

If your happy downloading songs and paying a third party(hat doesn't own them)for the priviledge by all means but it will have ramifications down the track if it hasn't already

The court action against kazaa and their fellow P2P cohorts is ongoing but sooner or later they will perish just as Napster did so make the most of your 30 dollars while it lasts

I would say it's legal (but a bit of a con) for them to provide the service, because they're putting the responsibility on the user to comply with local copyright laws. The $30 goes no way to paying for the music and anything downloaded will be illegal in the UK unless you pay the appropriate fees: The trouble with this service is if they do get busted in the future they have the names and addresses from those who paid by Credit Card.

I agree legally their very smart but the Laws are very dumb

Its true what they say in that the Internet is light years ahead of the law
and will probably remain so for centuuries to come until the onus of responsibility shifts from the uploader to the provider of the software

Saying the Fee isn't for using the software but for their expert support is smart and LEGAL but hardly ETHICAL

No doubt a few more individuals will be singled out for a heavy fine or 2
