*opens tirade box especially for fudgeflaps*

Here we are celebrating Jebus sacrificing himself so that retailers could make a mint selling junk to idiots by erecting plastic effigies of trees not native to our shores and adorning them with plastic icicles cause it's 30 fucking degrees (centigrade) because of global warming and glass baubles representing fuck knows what and then covering our houses and plastic trees with enough halogen lighting to burn 3 months worth of fossil fuels in only 2 weeks so the houses and trees blink multi colours in the middle of the fucking night while no one is watching just like they do in nature!

*takes a breath*

/box

My one and all have a wonderful Chistmas and New Year.

May your God go with you in peace.

Please accept with no obligation, implied or implicit, my best wishes for an environmentally conscious, socially responsible, low stress, non-addictive, gender neutral, celebration of the winter solstice holiday .. practiced within the most enjoyable traditions of the religious persuasion of your choice, or secular practices of your choice .. with respect for the religious/secular persuasions and/or traditions of others .. or their choice not to practice religious or secular traditions at all ..

My best wishes are also proffered, on the above same basis, for a fiscally successful, personally fulfilling, and medically uncomplicated recognition of the onset of the generally accepted calendar year of 2006 .. but not without due respect for the calendars of choice of other cultures whose contributions to society have helped make Britain great, (not to imply that Britain is necessarily greater than any other country or is the only "Britain" in the western hemisphere) .. and without regard to the race, creed, colour, age, physical ability, religious faith, choice of computer platform, or sexual preference of the wishee.

By accepting this greeting, you are accepting these terms. This greeting is subject to clarification or withdrawal.
It is freely transferable with no alteration to the original greeting.
It implies no promise by the wisher to actually implement any of the wishes for her/himself or others, and is void where prohibited by law, and is revocable at the sole discretion of the wisher.
This wish is warranted to perform as expected within the usual application of good tidings for a period of one year, or until the issuance of a subsequent holiday greeting, whichever comes first, and warranty is limited to replacement of this wish, or issuance of a new wish at the sole discretion of the wisher.

The wishee further agrees to hold harmless and indemnify the wisher, along with its heirs, assigns, officers, directors, and shareholders, against any statutory claims related to the wish, issued against the wisher.
The wisher advises that he/she has taken every duty of care to ensure that the wishee is in receipt of the wishes, but cannot be held responsible if said wishes do not reach the wishee, or meet the expectations of the wishee, or are deemed responsible for any statutory neglect on the part of the wisher.

In conclusion .. the wisher wishes the wishee .. Merry Christmas and a Happy and Prosperous New Year!!
