I've just received three DVDs from the US. One of them is pretty good, but the other two are rubbish (one doesn't have who it says on the cover).
I was wondering, has anyone ever sent anything back to the states before? Do they replace/give money back? Could do with knowing.
(The company is www.cduniverse.com. This is nothing to with the company - in fact they've got a good adult selection and quick, fairly cheap delivery. Anyone else ordered from this lot?

Re: Sending DVDs back to the States
I have sent back a defective disk to FiveStar and got a refund.
However, if the video is poor then I would think that's just your bad luck, and if it does not feature who it says on the box, that's nothing new in porn. Sometimes this is deliberate deceit, sometimes it's just lack of knowledge of the product by the artwork designer. It also works the other way - well known models being uncredited or listed by character name on the box and by their usual name in the credits, e.g. if you look up Music's Lessons on Five Star you will find they give a cast list which includes Penelope which is the character played by Roxanne Hall, who is listed in the credits on the video. No one keen to sell their product would deliberately keep her presence a secret.
You can ask them if they'll take it/them back though. No harm in trying.
