Quite a good prog on Channel 4 last night even if he (Richard Dawkins) didn't exactly have a go at these twats for their crazy beliefs. He did kinda show them as being extreme at least. The bilbe basher yank was great tele - what a first class pratt and the New York Jew who is now a muslem extremist was hilarious !
Did anybody else notice though that wherever he travelled (Richard) he never changed his clothing ?

yup it was pretty good, but his targets were quite easy, you didn't need to be a good scientist to show the extremist prats up for what they were.
read an article today which suggested it would have been a better debate to pit him against another top scientist who did have religious beliefs such as Robert Winston

we are Leeds.... , and we can still beat the mighty Chester

Dawkins has stated that Darwin's Theory of Evolution is not based on chance!
What Darwin clearly states is organisms are the product of "chance mutation" and that the "fittest will survive." In other words the sabre tooth tiger became extinct because it was not suited to the environment.
Lamark was the person who suggested that evolution was a gradual process and that organisms adapted to their environment.
Does anyone know abot these theories?!confused!
