Here we go again
Is this country so against men who want to spend time to bring up there children ?
I got divorced 6 yrs ago and have looked after my two boys for 3 days a weekplus all the school holidays.
I provide food clothes holidays and all that a child could want I take them to football (if you can class leeds utd as football) swimming walking pool darts etc etc
I do there homework with them bath them even cut there hair once lol never again. Wash and iron there clothes.
So why am I in court yet again with the csa
Quite simply money
The more they can screw out of you the more they can waste on stupid policies.
So if you guys dont here from me for a while i got the 6 weeks max if or they took my comp to pay for court costs

Quite right. My brother has gone though this shit. He's just a regular, decent, hardworking geezer who loves his two daughters. He married a very, very, pretty (though irresponsible and empty headed) girl in the late 80's. He's a subdued contemplative type, who likes a good book. She was a flighty party girl who read OK magazine - it couldn't last, and it didn't. One Monday morning (out of the blue) she simply announced that she was leaving him (and taking the kids) and he would be hearing from her solicitor. Apparently, she had become bored and disillusioned with married life and wanted to get back to partying (never mind that the stupid cow was going to break up a perfectly decent nuclear family, traumatising the kids and everyone else in the process). So, they get divorced and my brother is then saddled with paying for the kids (hence allowing their mother, who had cased all this bollocks, to carrying using any money she was earning to fund her empty headed, slaggy, party lifestyle.) Now, any decent geezer won?t mind financing his kids, but it must be very difficult to take if he also has to indirectly contribute to maintaining the comfy lifestyle an irresponsible silly cow who has cased so much heartache for everyone.

All this bollocks (family break-up) has come about because divorce has been made so much easier. Any silly cow can simply walk out on a marriage and now expect Joe 'Sucker' Taxpayer to fund her up. There's not even any finger pointing and opprobrium nowadays, what with 'no fault divorces'. No fuckin' fault? Ha! This is just one more reason why society is breaking down.

Anyhow, left in the charge of their wonderful role model mother (and without the stabilising influence of a father) the kids, as they grew up, started to run off the rails - I won't bore you with the details, but there were countless police searches, time in the cells, no-attendance of school, weekly (ineffectual) social service meetings, public sector platitudes (set of lower middleclass twats) hand wringing and mucho expense for Joe Taxpayer.

As with most things Public Sector the CSA is all a load of iniquitous bollocks. Decent people get fucked, but the brainless scumbags get rewarded and feather bedded. What?s wrong with this picture?

I don't think thats the case brerbear. Unless they've changed the rules since I last read about it I believe they can act unilaterally and even overturn a legally agreed arrangement between amicable separated/divorced "couples".
