How do they do it?
Western Russia is currently experiencing its coldest winter for 80 years with daytime temperatures below minus 30 deg C. Yet a surprising number of people who are members of winter swimming clubs are still swimming in iceholes cut in rivers and ponds. This beggars belief. Swim wear must freeze solid as soon as they leave the water. Does anyone know how they achieve these amazing feats of endurance?
