Being rude on a public forum will not get you a reply. You could have asked her politely with a second email if she could reply. She gets tons of email so it takes time to reply to all of them. She works very hard and you ought to think about that before making an arse of yourself. I certainly can say that in my line of work the clients who are rude and abusive do not get the fast results and service that the polite ones get. So it pays to have manners.
I can personally say I have found Cathy to be very nice to deal with. And Im not just saying that because I am a fan. She even sent me a free vid once so perhaps the problem is YOU. You may have been rude in your original mail.
