As I seem to have a heavy popular culture backlog, I've just got round to listening to one of the most acclaimed albums of 2005.
It deserves it's praise.......thoroughly enjoyable.
Now I, and admin, do not condone this sort of thing but there's a popular service beginning with 'K' and may contain a 'z' which may allow you to sample it's delight (s). Yes, I bought the CD...........
........but in the music/ mp3 sense is it really piracy- or the chance to 'try before you buy'?
Anyhoo, feedback- I smell the musty aroma of ye cynics already.
Arcade Fire: 'Funeral'
Re: Arcade Fire: 'Funeral'
Great album. One of the few bands that you sense a real conviction about what they do. I've seen some live footage on tv and it's pretty astonishing stuff.
Re: Arcade Fire: 'Funeral'
Interesting point. But some of us remember the "home taping is killing music" campaign of yesteryear when music came on a big black disc and well it's still here. I don't actually think it is as big a problem as the Music Industry makes out (it is a problem though).
