I said that music was horrible in another post!!!.

Just looking at it from their side if the person was "singing" in an agresive way a la punk + the words, with the current situation we are in, well it might cause offence and concern.

Just suppose something did happen (July..) then Taxi driver/ other witnesses would say he was drawing attention to himself and the Police DID NOTHING. Dammed if the do dammed if they don't.
