I guess you if you mean of all time, and also when they were at their peak, then Diana Rigg when she was in the Avengers, and in OHMSS in the 60's would probably be up there...I have to agree with this as I've got a massive poster of her in this pose from the front of the US DVD box set for 1966...see the pic below!
