building a simple site

I'm looking to build a very basic website to promote my hobby of photography. Is there any free resources on the net, like a template where I can easily construct as site please ?. I have no clue about HTML or anything like that so a basic step 1 to 3 or w.h.y. is prefered.

In addition I would then like to find a free host where I can store and display my new little home.

Find one that offers "Fantastico" or "Fantasico Deluxe"

You will then get the choice of Coppermine, Gallery and/or 4Images and will be installed for you, all you then need to do is change things through the admin area and upload photos.
