Yes Joe AFAIK there is no such thing as an 18 cert in Netherlands. They take the view that if your old enough to have kids and smoke fags then you are old enough to watch porn. Hence the 16 cert on Dutch vids.

Let me try and clear this up to the best of my knowledge ....

In Luxembourg (where I live), Germany, France and (I think) Belgium, if it says 18 on an adult video it is certainly hardcore. If it says 16, it is usually softcore.

In Holland, if it says 16 on an adult video it is generally hardcore. There is no lesser classification for softcore.

But here in Luxembourg, as it is such a small country, we get stuff sourced from everywhere and it is never repackaged. So what I saw was a DVD sourced from Holland - therefore it had 16 on the cover but is hardcore (which is why it was in the 18 section of the store).

Anyhow, I bought it yesterday. It is the hardcore version, in English with Dutch subtitles.
