There's a helluva lot but one of my faves has to be Roy Scheider in Jaws as he's chucking the meat in the sea and the shark suddenly pops up. The look on his face is a classic, the sheer fear!! Then he tells Robert Shaw he's going to need a bigger boat. Classic stuff.
