A lot has been said about Scottish (and to a lesser extent Welsh and Irish) antipathy towards the English. Most of us have no gripe with the English team, or the fans. Our anger is mostly directed at the bloody media, and since Jimmy Hill vanished on to satellite telly Motson is the worst offender.
