I was wrong when I said they tore them all down. I forgot they left some standing. The first pic they remodeled. The second pic they're remodeling as a dormatory (I believe) for the Illinois Institute of Technology college students. The third pic? Well about a week or so ago they made a big drug bust in these projects.
