Sorry, Dickie, but don't want people thinking the dynasty is ending in a couple of years. Wish I could work out how such a smart, but sneaky, man as George snr could father such utter fuckwits.

And if it's not Jeb, in a few more years it could be his son George P Bush who would also appeal to the hispanic vote (Jeb's wife, and therefore George's mother, is Mexican).

The Bush "dynasty" actually goes back to "Dubbya's" grand father Samuel P Bush who was an advisor to President Hoover

I really don't think that's going to happen this time. I hear Hillary (Clinton) might run as democrat. We would like Al Gore to run again this time with a better running mate. Our junior senator here in Illinois Barack Obama, they want to try to get him to run in 2008 but he ain't havin' it.

Gore was interviewed on The Daily Show lately and seemed to rule out running again. Since his is an important voice in the global warming warning scene in America, I think that's the right decision.

Clinton was hated enough as First Lady. I think she'll find it hard breaking through the various prejudices and achieving the nomination.

It could be that the Republicans put up John McCain next time. He's less extreme than Bush (who isn't?) and would attract some rightwing Democrats. So unfortunately another pro-business, anti-poor Republican is likely, but hopefully at least a sane one.
